About The Library

Information and documentation services at our University are provided by our Library and Archive Departments. Our Office is responsible for the coordination of the units founded on different campuses in accordance with the academic infrastructure.

Having been in service since the foundation of Beykent University, our Libraries have adopted a growth policy taking into consideration the academic structure and research fields of the university, and they also support the social and cultural events for students with their library resources. 

Services and operations of our libraries such as coordination between Beykent University libraries, collaboration with intramural libraries and libraries of other organisations and institutions, definition of the library services, and library using conditions are provided and carried out in accordance with the “Library Regulations”.

The “Institutional Archive” was created under the umbrella of our Office in order to manage and digitise the archival materials of the units of our university. Operating procedures are carried out in accordance with the “Archive Directive”.

Our library is a member of Anatolian University Libraries Consortium (ANKOS), TÜBİTAK (Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey) – National Academic Network and Information Centre (ULAKBİM), and Balkan Libraries Union (BLU).
