Application Conditions for Incoming Students

• Being registered at the institutions which have an agreement with Beykent University
• Completing 1 year in these institutions
• Agreement institution must send the application form after it officially accepts the student (After the application is accepted, student will be sent a letter of acceptance).

Application deadlines;

Fall Semester: 1st August

Spring Semester: 1st November

Required Documents for Application

• Application Form
• Learning Protocol (3 copies)
• Transcript
• Photocopy of the passport
• 3 photographs
• Letter of Approval given by the home university stating that they will accept the courses taken in Beykent University.
• Health Insurance (Travel Health Insurance is not accepted)

Important Information

Education Period: 1 Semester or 1 academic year.

Lower limit for ECTS credits: 30 ECTS credits for 1 Semester.

Course Selection: Students may select courses from different departments.
