Beykent University’s School of Foreign Languages English and Russian Prep Programmes will be conducting classes online via zoom on 6-7-8 February.

According to the directive, as issued by the governorship of Istanbul, due to the poor weather conditions, accompanied by the earthquake tragedy in south-eastern Turkey, the School of Foreign Languages English, and Russian preparatory programs will conduct classes online between 6 - 8 February 2023.

To attend the online lessons, you can either visit https://www.zoom.us/ on your browser, enter your lesson code and click on “Join a Meeting” or visit https://zoom.us/download and download the application on your device.

MOODLE LMS:

Moodle LMS is used for the English and Russian Preparatory Programmes. Course materials, student handbooks, and all the necessary details and announcements concerning the academic activities will be available for you on this platform.

To access the platform, you must log in to https://prep.beykent.edu.tr. Below you can find the steps on how to log in to the platform: 

  1. Go to the https://prep.beykent.edu.tr.
  2. Enter your student number as the user name (box highlighted in red).
  3. Enter “Beykent” as the first login password (box highlighted in blue).
  4. Once you have successfully logged in, you will be asked to change your password. Enter “Beykent” as the “Current Password” and enter your new password into the “New Password” and “Confirm New Password” sections, then click on “Save Changes”.
  5. After you change your password, a Privacy Notice and Consent Form will appear on the screen. Once you give permission and click on the button at the bottom-right of the page, you can use your Moodle account.
