13. MADE BY ARTIST INTERNATIONAL SYMPOSIUM ON THE FUTURE OF ART AND DESIGN IN THE DIGITAL AGE (FADES 2024)

As institutions providing art education in Turkey and Georgia, we will organise a symposium exploring the future of Art and Design, the perspectives, possibilities and practices we need in this sense, and an exhibition with the same theme on 17-18 December 2024 in Tbilisi, in cooperation with the Tbilisi State Academy of Art.

The symposium, which will take place face-to-face and online, is aimed at academics, artists and those interested in understanding how we can make the most of the possible future directions of technology in art. Discussions on current developments by academics and artists from different fields of art and design will provide different experiences and contributions to the participants.

Works from all disciplines and sub-disciplines of art (except online) will be accepted for the Symposium Exhibition.

The symposium and exhibition are in accordance with the Academic Incentive and Associate Professorship criteria determined by ÜAK. Symposium Proceedings Book will be published as an e-book with ISBN barcode.
