Strategy and Planning

In line with the dynamic external conditions and changeable internal developments, our University employs a strategic planning process which is the building block of the quality assurance structure.

Strategic Planning allows the University to determine its mission, vision, core values and policies, and to that end, set its medium- and long-term goals and objectives taking the high-level policy documents into account, and identify the activities and performance indicators required to reach these goals.
