Gastronomy and Culinary Arts

The Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts educates prospective young chefs who are creative, enterprising and innovative, have knowledge about and skills in both Turkish and world cuisines, and can compete in the international arena.

Students of the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts receive a versatile education by taking courses such as business management, hygiene, and entrepreneurship.

This is a 4-year Programme and the medium of instruction is Turkish. English Preparatory Programme is optional.
