Both public and private sectors including BRSA (Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency – BDDK), CMB (Capital Markets Board – SPK), banks, Ministries and other government agencies, factoring, forfeiting and leasing firms, insurance companies, counselling firms, broker-dealer firms, and other private sector enterprises.
