The Human Resources Management Programme educates prospective qualified graduates who have full knowledge of subjects such as workforce planning, laws regarding the workplace and employee rights, performance management systems, recruitment process, and wage management.
The duration of the Programme is two years. The Programme offers Turkish-medium instruction. English Preparatory Programme is offered optionally.
