First Aid and Emergency Programme educates prospective health professionals who can provide basic and advanced life support services to patients and the injured as part of the prehospitalisation emergency medical care, and perform medical intervention methods to save the lives of the patients or the injured and prevent injuries until they are given the main medical treatment.
The duration of the Programme is two years. The Programme offers Turkish-medium instruction. English Preparatory Programme is offered optionally.
The First Aid and Emergency Programme also offers evening education.
