Date: 24 June 2025 DIVERSE European University Alliance came together in Istanbul The meeting of the DIVERSE European University Alliance, which was awarded the “Seal of Excellence” by the European Commission, was held on 26-27-28 May, under our hosting. As Istanbul Beykent University, we are a member of the alliance, which includes 12 universities from 11 countries, and carries out entrepreneurship and scientific project studies with the participation of academic and administrative staff and students, and operates in areas such as education, research, projects, academic and student mobility. In order to exchange ideas in related fields and discuss project partnerships, our three-day meeting, hosted by our Rector Prof. Volkan ÖNGEL and Vice Rector Prof. Kazım SARI, provided the opportunity for our guests to get to know Istanbul and our university more closely through campus visits. We would like to thank all alliance members who attended the meeting where agreements were signed regarding the activities to be carried out under the roof of the DIVERSE European University Alliance.
