TOUR OPTIONS
For the conference participants from Turkey who will travel to Russia using the services of the below-indicated tour operator tour prices include hotel accommodation, excursions, meals, tour guide services, and visa and insurance expenses. Please contact the tour operator to find out about the available payment plan options. Please refer to the information regarding individual tour packages for the number of lunches and dinners to be included in the package charge. The Gala Dinner, to be hosted by the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism, will be held on the evening of Friday, July 9th. Return trip flight fare from and to Istanbul is excluded from the quoted tour prices. We are planning to arrange a special discount for flight fares.
